Cross sell setup

The cross sells feature in Optimizely Configured Commerce requires a small amount of setup; however, based on the integration strategy, the ERP_RefreshProductCrossSells Application Settings influences the cross sell behavior.

ERP_RefreshProductCrossSells
Description: Determines if product and cross-sell associations are cleared and repopulated with data from the ERP.
Accepted Values: Boolean Values (True/False) If this value is True, all associations will be cleared and repopulated with data from the ERP. If this value is False, all associations will not be cleared and repopulated with data from the ERP. Note: If Products and cross sells are maintained through <>, this setting should be set to False.

Description: Determines if product and cross-sell associations are cleared and repopulated with data from the ERP.

If this value is True, all associations will be cleared and repopulated with data from the ERP.

If this value is False, all associations will not be cleared and repopulated with data from the ERP.

Note: If Products and cross sells are maintained through <>, this setting should be set to False.
