Email notifications

Email notification messages are automatically sent to new users and to users who make updates to their passwords or indicate they have forgotten their password. Each email notification is specific to the type of action and may include instructions.

There are email templates that can be customized for each scenario. When working with sandbox environments or pre-production, the Test Email Address setting exists to override where these email notifications are sent allowing for easier testing:

1. Go to Admin Console>Administration >System >Settings.
2. Search for "Test Email Address".
3. Enter the desired email address.
4. Click Save.

Remember to clear this field when testing is complete or users will not receive their expected email notifications.
