Creating a website user from the website

This topic describes creating a website user from the website.

B2B Commerce Cloud allows the creation of a new Website User from the website, rather than having to switch over to the Admin Console.



Users who create their own accounts on the website are automatically activated

Creating the Website User

  1. Log into the Website.

  2. Hover over the My Account menu and click User Administration.

  3. Click Create New User.

  4. Populate the necessary fields, choose to send the activation email or not, and assign the roles and/or approver.

  5. Click Create User.
