Setting up a user to add, edit, review or approve content
This topic describes how to set up a user to add, edit, review or approve content
To add/edit or review/approve content within the Admin Console, B2B Commerce Cloud users must be assigned the appropriate roles:
- ISC_ContentEditor - Users with this Role may add, edit and content
- ISC_ContentApprover - Users with this Role may preview, approve and publish content
Note
Although it is not a requirement, it is recommended that users with the ISC_ContentApprover, also have the ISC_ContentEditor role in order to make minor edits to content prior to approving the revision.
