Assigning carriers to a website

This topic describes how to assign a carrier to a website.

Once a Carrier is added in Shipping & Fulfillment, the Carrier then needs to be added to a corresponding website. A Carrier can be added to one, all, or a specified number of sites depending on the user's need.

Use the following steps to assign a Carrier to a website:

  1. Go to Admin Console > Websites.
  2. Click Edit for the desired website.
  3. Click the Carriers tab.
  4. Select Assign Carriers.
  5. Select the desired carrier.
  6. Click Assign.
  7. As necessary, repeat steps 1 through 4 to add Carriers to different websites.

Once the Carrier is added to a website, the customer then has the option to select that Carrier when placing orders.
