Optimizely Forms

Optimizely Forms adds a block-based form builder to your CMS 13 website to collect visitor data and manage interaction. Create contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, event registrations, and job applications with reusable components and customizable rendering.

Prerequisites

Optimizely Forms requires Optimizely CMS version 9 or higher. No additional license is required. For package and version details, go to Apps platform compatibility.

Install

Add Optimizely Forms to your project through the EPiServer.Forms NuGet package.
