Work with shared content
Manage shared content editing in Optimizely.
More than one editor can edit a page at the same time. When you start to edit content, the page tree displays an icon indicating that the content is currently being edited, to notify other editors that you are working on the content. The icon is automatically cleared when editing stops.
To keep the icon, select Publish > Permanently Mark as Being Edited. This setting remains until manually disabled (toggle the setting to disable).
