You can submit credit requests for credit card transactions in the Admin Console under **Sales \> Transactions**.

  1. Go to **Sales \> Transactions** in the Admin Console.

  2. Click the view icon for the order you want to credit to view the details.

  3. Click **More Options**.

  4. Select **Credit**. The Submit new Credit transaction window appears.

  5. Enter the **Amount** of the credit request. By default, it shows the original order amount.

    Note

    If the setting Limit Credit Transactions is enabled, you cannot enter a credit amount greater than the order amount.

  6. Click **Submit**.
