Once a Carrier is added in **Shipping & Fulfillment**, the Carrier then needs to be added to a corresponding website. A Carrier can be added to one, all, or a specified number of sites depending on the user's need.
Use the following steps to assign a Carrier to a website:
Go to **Admin Console** \> **Websites.**
Click **Edit** for the desired website.
Click the **Carriers** tab.
Select **Assign Carriers**.
Select the desired carrier.
Click **Assign**.
As necessary, repeat steps 1 through 4 to add Carriers to different websites.
Once the Carrier is added to a website, the customer then has the option to select that Carrier when placing orders.
