Spire sandbox maintenance

Throughout the Spire Alpha timeframe, sandbox sites with Spire may encounter maintenance interruptions at a higher frequency than existing sandbox sites with Classic CMS. Partners can continue to work in their local sites or QA sites during downtime.

When Sandbox maintenance occurs unplanned, we ask that individuals wait at least one hour before submitting a ticket inquiring about the status of the Sandbox environment. After the first hour, users can submit a ticket as they normally would, indicating that the issue is with a site using Spire.
