Integrate Lytics

Integrate Optimizely Web Experimentation and Optimizely Personalization with Lytics to target the predictive audiences from Lytics in your experiments.

📘

Note

See Optimizely's Third-Party Add-Ons & Platform Integration Terms.

Lytics is an analytics tool that lets you identify predictive audiences and use them across your digital marketing channels. Integrating Lytics with Optimizely lets you target campaigns and experiments to audiences identified in Lytics.

For example, users of the Dormant audience might receive a special promotion to bring up their level of activity, while Consistent users are invited to leave reviews or praise your brand on Facebook.

The integration combines Lytics' deep multi-channel user profiles with Optimizely audiences for personalization on the web.

  1. Copy and paste the Lytics tracking tag onto your site above the Optimizely snippet.
  2. In Lytics, go to Manage Accounts > Edit Master.
  3. Select the checkbox next to Public Segments.
  4. Click Save.
  5. In Optimizely go to Settings > Integrations > Lytics.
  6. Toggle the integration to On.
