Integrate third-party search providers

Integrate a third-party search provider with CMS 13 when Optimizely Graph alone does not cover a required search capability, such as a specialized vector index or a domain-specific ranker. Connect the external provider to CMS 13 to extend or replace the default search behavior while preserving editor workflows.
