Product Recommendations

The Optimizely Commerce Connect native integration package, _EPiServer.Personalization.Commerce_integrates Commerce Connect with Optimizely Recommendations, including features and product recommendations. The package lets you track user behavior then use that information to show personalized product recommendations.

EPiServer.Personalization.Commerce contains the integration APIs for Commerce Connect. You also need an Optimizely Product Recommendations environment to receive tracking data and serve recommendations.

To order a Product Recommendations environment, contact your account manager to place an order for the service. When your environment is ready, you will receive an email containing the necessary values to configure the native integration package. See Recommendations.
