Configure the MAI connector

Optimizely Forms is only supported by MVC-based websites and HTML5-compliant browsers.

The Optimizely Forms Marketing Automation Integration (MAI) connector lets you connect Optimizely Form fields to an Optimizely Digital Experience Hub (DXH) connector database. You can use only one DXH connector at a time.

You can use the following Marketing Automation DXH connectors with Optimizely Forms: 

• Optimizely Connect for Acoustic (formerly Watson Marketing, formerly Silverpop)
• Optimizely Connect for Delivra
• Optimizely Connect for Eloqua
• Optimizely Connect for HubSpot
• Optimizely Connect for Marketo
• Optimizely Connect for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Optimizely Connect for Pardot
• Optimizely Connect for Salesforce
• Optimizely Connect for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget)

You need a license for the specific connector you want to use.

The connectors are installed through NuGet packages; see Install Optimizely. You must install the following NuGet packages in order:

1. First, one of the DXH connectors.
2. Then, the Forms MAI connector: EPiServer.Marketing.Automation.Forms.x.x.x.
