Create or copy a message template

Create or copy a message template. You can specify the sender address, the subject for target groups or reset the reply-to address. Note: One of the following request parameters is required: cmsContentTemplateId, mailingId, messageTemplateIdForCreate, messageTemplateIdForCopy.
