This section provides the steps for building a sample marketing application in Optimizely Connect Platform (OCP). Before following this tutorial, you must first configure your development environment.

  1. Initialize your first app – Scaffold an app on your local machine using the OCP command-line interface (CLI).

  2. Publish your first OCP app – Release a private version of your app to your private Optimizely Data Platform (ODP) account.

  3. Update your app version – Manage your app version using the OCP CLI.

  4. Manage app deployment regions – Define your app's deployment regions (US, EU, AU) using the OCP CLI.
